War of the Worlds starring Ice Cube. Give it a wide berth, I don't know how I even made it to the half way mark before switching it off.

It's got great reviews:

Bore of the Worlds
Terrible. Just Terrible. Terrible acting. Terrible special effects. Terrible storyline. The list goes on and on. I honestly haven't watched something this bad in a long time. It is so bad that I felt depressed watching it. I cannot think of one single thing that is good about it. Complete and utter tripe.

It's not even so bad it's worth a watch to laugh at, it's just fucking terrible. I lasted maybe thirty minutes.

Surely the review should be "The chances of anything being this bad are a million to one"

Surely about 95% of Jason Statham films are up there in the ''terribly bad and completely pointless'' stakes

Watched the Equalizer Part 1 and 2 yesterday. One of those things where I’d seen all the main clips on YouTube over the years but never the whole thing.

Both were fun. Slower paced than I thought they’d be. My gosh Denzel is a one off. Talk bout effortless charisma.

Enjoyed both of those. Unfortunately the third film isn't as good as the first two, but watchable.

As long as I get to witness Mac offing bad guys effortlessly and with badassery, I’m sure I’ll enjoy it!

Good choice. One of my favourite directors.

Also watched 28 Years Later last weekend. An absolutely wild ending that left me completely conflicted.

I watched 28 Years last night. It was quite intense! Some strange direction/editing choices, e.g. the many deliberately poor angles of blurry foreground. And an ending that revealed the whole thing was more or less a setup for the next film(s).
