Girlfriend and I watched 'In the loop' yesterday, which has by far and away the best swearing I've ever heard. I can't believe it took me so long to watch this film (been meaning to since it came out in 2009), bloody loved it.

Did anyone go and see "The girl with the dragon tattoo" and was it any good ? Not sure if it is still on at the cinemas but have been promising to take my Wife so hoping it is still showing.
Yeah, good film. Pretty true to the book if you've read it.

Pretty much the film version of "The Thick of It." My wife calls it "that sweary programme."

my wife has recently read the book and now keeps nagging me to take her to watch the film, not keen on cinemas as i can't get comfy and slob out like at home. Was hoping to last it out until it comes out on Sky movies or DVD, I'll even get some popcorn in for the cinema feel.

Me and some of the boys watched Troll Hunter online tonight,
It is both the best and only Norwegian film I have ever seen.
Check out rare exports, another Norwegian gem

Liked the retro feel of Drive well filmed and a good story but ultimately didn't think the lead character did much to connect with the audience which was a bit of a negative.
Interesting film, bit different from the usual fare. One of the better films i've seen recently.

The muppets was brilliant. Flight of the concordes fella wrote the songs and you can tell.

I thought exactly the same (on both counts). Watched 'Tyrannosaur' afterwards (could've done with watching that first, Muppets would've been ideal pick me up). Very, very good. As many others have said, Olivia Colman is awesome. Main chap in it played 'Swanney' in Trainspotting too (trivia fans).

Kill List is a very disturbing film and doesn't make a lot of sense, but I thought it was a decent all the same.

Brilliant film, though it gave me the most violent dreams that I have ever had. I like the bit where he's sat outside on the armchair, in the rain, with youknowwhat on his lap.

Yar, worth a watch. Was expecting the violence to be akin to films I hate like Hostel but turned out to be something quite different. All rather bizarre the way it shifts from being one genre to the next.
