Surprisingly enjoyable dark comedy which plods along at a pretty slow pace. Decent cast and it always helps when you have the stunning Amanda Peet to stare at.

Amanda Peet has been in my top 2 pretty much forever. Well, since Jack and Jill anyway. I love her. I'm not sure there's a more beautiful woman.

DiCanio would have sorted her out

Just watched Play it Again Sam, for the 4th or 5th time.
Best lines in the film:
Woody Allen (Trying to get a date off a fit, but fucked up girl); "What are you doing Saturday?"
Girl; "Commiting suicide."
Long pause, followed by:
Woody Allen: "How about Friday?"
I know he's an acquired taste, but his 70's films are, in the main, hilarious.

I watched Hobo with a shotgun last night, it had Rutger Hauer in it as the hobo. The film was very far fetched about a city that was run by a gangster who killed anybody who crossed him in really gory ways, it was cheesey as fuck but really funny & violent as well.

Finally saw the Inbetweeners movie. Pretty good, and definitely brought back memories of a few lads holidays.

A few good oldies, Pappilon, warriors, Rollerball and midnight express. All from the 70's I think but Still have them on tapes or dvd's.

Pappilon is a good film. I only watched it because I found it at £2.99 to buy on DVD.

We often have a Friday film night, can't beat some of the older films, even our teenage kids like watching some of them.

Watched Rounders the other day. Great film, with John Malkovich hamming it up to the max.

Unstoppable - a film about a runaway train is actually pretty entertaining.
