I understand they paid a fair amount for him yes, he is out of contract in the next 6 months and is available on a free according to some Leeds fans I know, he played less than 15 games last season and is not wanted by Grayson. |

The main issue with kandol would be his discipline - if we can get that sorted he could be a bargain. He's obviously upset Leeds - not even getting a squad number this year, when others on the transfer list have. With that as a job reference, Wilson must have a lot of faith in him.
Just seems a risky one to me. I'd sooner go for someone like Steve MacLean. On his way out at Plymouth, been through a very lean spell, but has been prolific in the past.

Thing with Cureton, was that he hadn't scored a goal for a year when he came to us, and carried on that trend until going to ColU on loan. Presumably something had gone in his head which needed sorting out. Let's just wait and see if we actually sign Kandol, and then pass judgement. |

Michalik might be tall but he is a complete cart horse and should be avoided at all costs. I would suggest Kandol is a high risk as well as his best achievement at leeds was getting sent off in record time. On the flip side I suppose you could argue how was he ever supposed to get started with subs appearances at best. It was hardly reassuring knowing you'd be dropped if you didn't score in the previous 90 mins.
Would still like to see vine sign up although completely unrealistic.

Kandol should've left them a long time ago. I'd imagine if we offered the right wages he'd be happy to sit on the bench. This goes against the mentality that Danny Wilson has managed to bring back to Swindon.
