Interesting.

Tom Kennedy is a left back.

He's 24 and has already made almost 290 appearances for Bury & Rochdale. He was in the league 2 team of the season last year

Wouldnt be a bad signing, espescially if Sheenan's going to be out for a while.

So then....
Lucas is going to Ipswich, Paynter is going to Rovers, McGovern is going to Millwall, Austin is going to Forest or Ipswich, Aljofree is going to Crewe and Peacock is going to Bournemouth.

Have I missed anything?

JFL is going to Man U. They're hoping to sign him tonight so he can play against City tomorrow.

Anybody else have the feeling of it being a bit "squeaky bum time" during this transfer window?

At first I thought: "Yeah, it is a bit".

But after very little deliberation I thought again: "In Wilson, I do trust"

I'm with you BANGKOK RED. I fully trust him with what he's done, who he's brought in and his plans for the future.

In truth though, when was the last time that Town had so much attention in a transfer window (Cox aside)? I think it's a major plus that so many of our players are supposedly being looked at. It just shows how far we have come and it's a massive compliment to DW and the side he's put together.

It did. But after bringing in Pericard it doesn't ring true.

Though I suppose he is on a fair whack, didn't we sign him when the Portuguese were 'in charge'.

No, I have the feeling there's not a lot of business being done, from the Prem (which has been virtually dead compared to previous years) down. And when business is slack, the signal to noise ratio from agents spreading bullshit rumours in an attempt to spark ANY business goes off the scale.

Beckford has withdrawn his transfer request, presumably wanting a big fat signing on fee when he goes on a free at the end of the season.

Can't see Bates/Leeds being happy with his dicking them around.

He is a total and utter tit, but I do think his running/movement will cause us problems next week, ans so was hoping he'd be sold.

You put your transfer request in
You take your transfer request out
In out, in out, wave it all about
You do the Jermaine Beckford and you mess around
That's why he's a cunt
Oh, Jermaine Beckford...
