Hes got some pace, knows where the goal is and likes to open his legs and run at defenders pretty much as McKirdy used to when he first came to us.

Sounds like he's more likely to start in one of our wide forward positions as opposed to an out and out 9 like Smith in our system then?

How many goals has he scored with his head? Sounds like he's pacy and will be very useful on breakaways. He has also scored some spectacular goals from distance too so could be a useful player with an all round game. Interesting times.

He has way way more pace than Benson ever had.
Meant more in looks and build.

Remember that other fella we had who was like a whippet- Dean Hooper(?). Useless.

He was probably the fastest player I have ever seen even faster than O'Brien, but he couldnt sprint twice and not pull a hamsting in his entire career. Dirty fucker as well!

we're meandering off topic here but this is a fascinating article about him written by former youth team player Stuart James...someone may have already put it in the ex player thread...

This lad is with us according to the the Cheltenham paper

Harrison Sheriff Sohna (born 1 July 2002) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for EFL League Two club Cheltenham Town. A product of the Aston Villa academy, Sohna has featured for Aston Villa and Sunderland in cup competitions.

From a Cheltenham fan -

"Sohna is fantastic on the ball, got a wand of a left peg. His workrate is a big issue though. Also, it seems he likes being close to home (he's from Gloucester) because it means he can get up to shit with his mate - I must stress these are rumours only, but Michael Flynn did say going to Wealdstone on loan last season was great because it got him away from his home distractions."

Does anyone ever get overwhelmed any more? You only ever hear about people being underwhelmed these days  Hmmm

I just get whelmed {in the modern sense}. Tbh, it's the other way round with people I work with. They are always seemingly overwhelmed than underwhelmed by everything ''oh no, a new kettle in the kitchen, I can't cope''. ''We've got all this stuff to put away, I'm so overwhelmed''. ''how many chits to sign off? I can't cope''

Tabor will be a better player than McKirdy and have a higher ceiling than him I believe. So long as he hasn't inherited Alan O'Brien's hamstrings.

Talking of AoB - nice article here from a few years ago. Town clearly had an impact on him as he still lives in the area. Does the company he works for still sponsor the club?

What a nice, sensible young fella. Like everyone else, I’m looking forward to seeing him play.

Fans love these sort of players and he’s right, if Charlie can do it . . .
