Showed up to pre-seaosn training incredibly unfit apparently which is why City will let him go on a free! Maybe worth a short term measure but certainly not a long term player for us.... or anyone for that matter. |

In that case wouldn't the offer of a contract for say 3 years help attract someone like Billy Sharp for example? In the current economic climate it may not be all about the highest wages being offered. Providing any fee involved is inside our range, of course.
