They’ll struggle to get any keeper less experienced than him.
They could always use Mildenhall again

I’m sure we’ll take the chance of Bycroft not getting injured, and if he does, have an emergency loan target ready to move on, with Redman Evans stepping in for the remainder of any match Bycroft is injured in. Not a “high performance” strategy, but certainly cheap.
I’ll predict that we’ll get Wakeling back today.

We need a completely different striker, physically, to change things up.

Obviously, I agree. But Wakeling will come cheap because they are unlikely to use him, and were their only option (having played for us). Given Glatzel’s injury record, there is a level of sense it as we have loan spots.

Uhhhh, most on here don’t like JPM either. Too slow, didn’t take his man on enough, crossing wasn’t good enough: the usual drivel.
For those old enough to remember, I can just imagine the amount of shit Dave Bamber would have got on Social Media.

Back when we both had STs, I used to sit the row in front of Chalkie's Shorts of this parish. He absolutely hated JPM, mostly for not tracking back!

I’m sure our fans (well any fans I guess) would find fault with just about any previous player. Mark Walters offers nothing defensively!!!

Bit harsh, he's 59. I forgot his middle name was Everton.

Didn't cost us anything defensively either as he wasn't asked to defend, unlike hutton.

Didn't play wing back tbf. Fully confident he'd have played it better than Hutton.
