So we've signed 5 players to replace 4 top squad members and Clem is telling us this is a good squad. We have taken a team that sits in 16th and made it worse. And thats without changing the manager to a guy who has no experience or coaching badges and with Khan still likely to go - worst kept secret. We are going down

Five in five out with B Ward. There'll be more in and more out, we'll see where we go. We'll not go down because the bottom two are adrift, but we are looking down rather than up.

And recalling Aguiar I suppose.

I don't want to admit it, but I reckon Town will finish about 20th. As others have said, the bottom two are adrift by some margin. Then again, Town may finish 20th but a points deduction for repeated offences might see Town officially finish 22nd or ^gulps^ 23rd  Doh

Probably something these gamblers haven't accounted for. Can you imagine, the end of the season, Town relegated to the NL after a points deduction and Clem comes out and says something like;

'Yi, ah cin only apologoyse to the fins. It wis in oversoight in the striddigy. A striddigy thit insured the clabb stayed in this division. Baht we got points dedacted thit wisn't factored in so...if fins are appsitt, thinn they should take it app with the EFL.'

Grant McCann described Nichols as a "very good footballer", going on to say that "he moves well and links up play well…
Sounds like what we need to play alongside the Liverpool lad or RHM

Why do we want a slow lump up front who doesn’t score when we’ve got Charlie austin?

Nichols is hardly a lump. He’s similar in stature as the other strikers we have.

Odd how some names keep coming back up. Nichols is a lad we had on trial one year and decided against. Now here we are being linked with him again. I guess we have a small list of potential players!

Wasnt he on trial when Wellens was in charge or was it after that?

9 goals and 5 assists this season. Is that really that bad? only 2 less than McGoldrick. If we had a half decent defence it wouldn't be an issue

Not great defensively, but fuuuuuucking hell some people need to look at themselves if they don't think he was one of the best crossers in this division. Big miss, big boots to fill.

Yep
