Selling Hutton ‘might’ help our relegation battle. His RB replacement might be a bit more defence minded. Might not create anything, but might help our defence from conceding soft goals.
If RHM goes, then we it will realistically only impact us for about 50% of the remaining fixtures. That’s roughly all he seems to have been available for in the first half of the season.

I’m still saying 15 league games triggers an extension either he and / or the club doesn’t want. So he’ll stay on 14, won’t play again this season and leave for free in the summer.
Haven't checked the accuracy but I was told both RHM and Clyton have made 39 appearances. Not sure if 40 is a trigger point for anything or not in contractual terms?

Does at rb in a back 4 I think would work. Fbt as lb and get 2 decent cbs in.
As a wing back though, does isn't close to Hutton.

Hutton was, and has been for a while, dreadful yesterday. He has no pace, can’t beat a man, defensive liability - all he does is bang crosses in to nobody. If we had a decent target man it’d be better.

Fundamentally disagree. Who you watching? Not good yesterday, but he certainly has pace and in 7 out of 10 games beats his man.

Heard one that he’s refusing to play with Kokolo, another that he’s ripped his contract up. Who knows with stfc…
Difficult to rip up an electronic contract. Signing a paper one is no more than a historical tradition.

What’s happened recently is the teams double (and sometimes treble) up against him so he has two or three men to beat so what he does is play the ball back or inside.

And even then, he's still our biggest chance creator.

Clayton and RHM are (I believe) both currently on 39 total appearances each
Dunno if anything contractual kicks in on 40, but given they’d have been negotiated by the same guy and both have disappeared it wouldn’t be overly surprising if it’s something there that the clubs trying to avoid

Or the players themselves

I’d have thought we’d get Clayton to 40 because he’s still a future saleable asset. Might not be worth as much as 12 months ago but still worth something I’d have thought
