How did that side life to Harrogate 3-0?
Fucking terrible game to watch

Is that meant to say lose?

MacDonald at left centre back with Hutton Left wing back and Adeloye up top? That says it all...

Would feel a bit two steps forward, one step back for me.

Those players address some of our needs but letting Lavinier go creates more needs. Just based on that I expect one of the incomings to be the Bournemouth full back.

Basically this. The players coming in would look ok, but there would still be more to do. Lavinier leaving would just add more to that.

re Young, both FGR and Bradford fans have said pretty much the same thing. Capable of scoring worldies and does appear to have talent, but the issue appears to be between the ears as he doesn't apply himself enough/is lazy. Perhaps a fresh start somewhere away from Valley Parade could unlock something. I doubt very much that Flynn will let him get away with doing nothing on the pitch. Best utilised as an impact as a sub was another thing Bradford fans stated.

…if we wanted a striker who doesn’t really score goals we could have just kept Adeloye….

We started with

                       Brynn
Shade Brennan Baudry MacDonald Hutton
            Gladwin Reed Williams
                 McKirdy Adeloye

 Clap Clap Clap

I look at that and think the weakest area is that middle three, fucking hell…

That's true. I guess our scouting network reckon they might be able to get a tune out of Young. He's just turned 22 and had a reasonable season with FGR when he was 18. Tomi clearly doesn't have a future at Swindon, perhaps Young does.

I find it strange that they've just been relegated don't want him in their squad or want to sell him.
His number 10 style and position does not fit into how Graham Alexander wants his side to play, so it makes sense to free up wages to let him go.

Did’nt Bradford fans say the same about Doyle ??,  would be quite happy to prove them wrong again.

I fear this may backfire for the adver and be  a bit of a non event.  I will be pleasantly surprised if we do actually do some announce signings today though

Probably - the mere fact the adver have a blog probably means any announcements will be tomorrow morning.
