For what it’s worth
‘ Newport County have today confirmed that Cameron Norman will leave the club. Understand Norman is set to sign for Swindon Town. #NCFC #STFC #Robins’
South Wales Argus
‘ The right-back, who has also operated as an emergency central defender, racked up his 100th appearance for the club against Crewe in the final game of last season.’

Initially I’d have thought he’d have much higher suitors than League Two but stranger things have happened. *Insert picture of him in a Wrexham shirt*
Hes 28 in a couple of months and only played 7 games above league 2 in his 6 months at the Pox in L1, I don't see why he would get a club higher than L2 TBH. Solid from what I have seen but a jobbing L2 centre back/RB nonetheless.

FBT was our player of the season (unofficially at least) and we finished 10th and I'm sure we can all agree he's a pretty decent defender who we'd rather keep?

Absolutely but to say that a man with only 7 league 1 appearances in his career would definately get a team in a higher league may be missplaced IMHO.

In fairness the early reports this summer were that Cardiff and Rotherham were in for him so not too wild to assume he’d be able to attract decent League One interest.
Newport forum mentioning Franchise as a possible destination however.

I reckon we'll probably need to offload a few players before we can bring anyone new in.
Clayton I don't think will be at Swindon next season, he hasn't settled living in Swindon and has moved back to Liverpool so that will be a long commute for him.
Shade for me hasn't really done much and as much as I like Darcy I just don't know where he would fit in, in our current midfield set up.
McEachran & Hepburn-Murphy we've triggered the additional one year contract. Brewitt we've offered a deal but unsure as to whether he'll sign

That's new news on Clayton. That would be a massive massive shame.
