Was it ever exciting. We have a terrible record there.
I hear you fella, but Saturdays are supposed to be best part of week watching town up and down the country right? 😭 Side note- I feel no buzz for it this season, like many I feel. Atmosphere around club been shite, sky high ST prices, fan base extremely underwhelmed, away support not felt the same for the first few and now talk of best players going on the last day of window. Imo- it reeks. If That makes me negative and doomsday I couldn’t give a fuck, this football club is underperforming in all departments.

Anyone who thinks the club selling McKirdy now is the absolute pits obviously wasn’t around when we gave up on promotion to the top league by flogging Duncan Shearer to Blackburn.
No comparison.

And Fallon to Swansea, both very low points which cost us many points.

If memory serves me right didn't we sell him in the March transfer window for around £800,000 and replaced him with Terry Gibson on loans from Wimbledon.

If this was all happening under Power, there would be outrage.
It’s not looking good brev.
The difference (I hope) is that Clem won't be taking the money for Harry out of the club and pocketing any future sell on. What we will learn in the next 30 hours or so is how ambitious we are going to be given we have to replace our top scorer, and quickly! I can hear Sandro's pivot tables whirring away as we speak.

Fair comment, I have mentioned Pivot tables before on here. I'll need to delve back into Excel and see if I can come up with an alternative.

That especially pissed me off as we sold him for peanuts! I did get a letter from Mike Spearman about it through!

Genuine question.
Do we know if Hibs or any other club have actually shown any interest and contacted the club about Harry?
This sounds a lot like a newpaper creating unrest in a player without any actual evidence to confrm it or not.
For all we know Harry may well be very happy at the club and has no desire to move and also no club has even made contact with us about his availability.
Just a thought.

No smoke without fire I’m afraid. Probably leaked by his agent. Would assume we will know very soon!
