My worry is that these signings are hardly likely to persuade Payne, and probably McKirdy and Reed, that we’re serious about promotion.
Looks like we’re hoping 1 of them will turn out good so we can turn a profit at the end of the season.

Regardless of age and experience i guess i was at least hoping for some physicality from the new players. Lindseys talk of aggression etc. Young players can be great, but the worry with a lot of these is we will just get bullied. Still plenty of more players to arrive.

Main worry is he didn’t even get into the Barrow squad for the last 9 games so another massive punt. Fine as a punt or development player but we still need a starter, he can’t be relied up on to start matches.

No change from the Power days in terms of transfer intent.
Where are these experienced players we are supposed to be signing? Signing all kids is hardly likely to sell tickets.
Jury out for me on Clem- seems we are signing a team of kids to make a big profit on sell on's.

We should try and sign Kevin Ellison to balance things up.

I dont doubt the 40% increased budget, so there must be some expensive ass players lined up, as these guys are not going to be breaking the bank.

Got to say, promotion doesn’t seem to be the driving force here.
Lose any of the Trinity and and we’ll need a paddle for Schitts Creek.

What was the reaction when we signed Simpson before the start of last season, he hadn’t scored a league goal. 🤷🏼♂️

Under Power we wouldn't have signed anybody yet and you would have been moaning about that too. We're 8 weeks off the deadline so let's give them a bit more time to show us their intent instead of always second guessing.
