Surely, if a player is actually at a club, especially for a few days, what’s the point in not announcing it. Loan players won’t be triallists.
Could be some form of confidentiality, it’s not like other clubs don’t do it. Maybe the player wouldn’t want it known that he was at a club and unsuccessful in a trial. But from a fans point of view it would be nice to know

Ask Bristol Rovers One swallow does not a summer make. Or, to make it easier for you, how often does a team in any league who are languishing at the bottom after two months end up being promoted?

That's got me thinking, I wonder if there's ever been another club to lose 8 games in a row in a season whilst gaining automatic promotion?

OK. If you want to be right, you'll find a way.

We are playing our first pre-season game today, not our last. If we are still in this position in 3 weeks then I think it's fair to be asking that question.

I was only talking about Braybrooke - which is moot now as it wasn’t him anyway. I just can’t see a prospective loan player being an anonymous triallist.

Where’s these experienced signings? Seems we never learn looking at the names worked out at Melksham these are probably punts for squad places rather than top targets.

We never had any experienced players last year until the season started. Stop panicking, ffs.

I'm guessing if the team sheets of recent friendly matches against Melksham would be similar and made up of many trialist.

These games are mainly looking at triallists. Lindsey knows what our contracted players can do.

Unlike many I think that's a massive shame. But he didn't get played, so why stay
