Or we can just take his word for it that the club have offered a decent contract. Not everything is bullshit

I’ll reserve judgement until it becomes blindingly apparent we’ve assembled a right shit squad.

Yeah I think we probably did make him a decent offer. There is an amazing amount of negativity and scepticism within our fanbase. We’ve been hurt too many times before I suppose.

If Payne has had an amazing offer then why don't the club say what was on offer? Premier League teams do it all the time, Salah for example.I suspect it was not that amazing.

In fact why can’t the club tell us what was offered and post a screen shot of his internet banking home page so we can see how much money he has…and whether he really needs a big wage to continue to live comfortably…

I’m sure some people already have the above information…just can’t tell us…

Hope the club have not offered Payne a large deal to stay. Would prefer the budget spent on other positions like a really good centre back and centre forward. Swindon are well stocked in attacking central midfield.

yeah come on, wages are confidential. Be reasonable

we've made him the best offer we can. we have no reason not to.

he's good, very good. But if we can't afford him, then so be it.

Leicester forum now saying it’s not Braybrooke cos he’s still on holiday - or, at least, he was when that pic appeared.

Might be Ronan Darcy from Bolton…

And you’d think the chelsea lad gilchrist deal might be dead in water if Brennan has signed.

Follows McKirdy on Instagram for what it’s worth but so does Braybrooke (McKirdy actually follows him back unlike Darcy)

Surely, if a player is actually at a club, especially for a few days, what’s the point in not announcing it. Loan players won’t be triallists.
