Only played 9 times for Peterborough too, but looks like has been injured so won't get my hopes up.

Not a rumour as such, but more of a musing. Sky have just been talking about Newport's Telford being OOC this season and seems to be real finisher, fox in the box and has bagged a shit load of goals this year. Just the sort of signing that we could do with.

Could have signed him before this season - we didn’t fancy him apparently.

I’d have that Azaz from Newport - he’s on loan from Villa. And Asante from Salford.

I'd have to say based on what I've seen today I agree. We had Asante on a pre season trial under Wellens I think.

I was watching him earlier, looked useful. However I kept thinking of Brandy Passante from storage wars.

Is that the same Wellens who shipped out Twine?

We did have Asante but Wellens didnt think he was anywhere near good enough, TBF when I saw him he looked fast but rubbish on the ball.

There weren't many that didn't think it was the right move at the time..

I was against it....but then I also thought Sol Pryce looked a talent with bags of potential as well and he's drifted to non league.

Who was the goalie who represented/trained with the England under 18's a few years ago. He made a few league appearances, got sent out on loan then we released him.

During Twine’s time with us, only one manager actually played him consistently, and the less said about him the better.

Was it Will Henry? I'm not totally sure it was, but I believe he is now playing for Chippenham Town who have made it to the Conference South play offs.

Yes it was Will Henry who was highly rated and not sure why we got rid of him so soon.
