He appears to be going down the Marcus Maddison route of football obscurity.

There was an interview with Marcus Madison in the Peterborough ET discussing him signing for Spalding (managed by Zakuani)

Power won't need to worry about next season's wage bill ........  The way we're going we won't  have one !!.

Accounts are late being submitted. If this is also the case with submitting to the footballing authorities they will suspend the club from registering any new players.

I don’t think they give much leeway on how late a club can be before invoking this. Must be getting close, I reckon.

Had 2 loans - Newport and Grimsby. Both times his loan was terminated early and returned to WBA.

He's a Swindon lad so will post about Swindon occasionally.   One of the local kids Clem was potentially talking about as being missed.

He was in the Swindon youths before signing for WBA.

He was linked last season after we played WBA in the mickey mouse cup when he had a good game but by that point Wellens had used all the loans up that he wanted to use.

As stated above he is local and played for the Swindon at kids levels, he is also a Swindon fan too.

Are we currently under a transfer embargo due to non submission of accounts possibly??.I know it says due to court case, but we have also not submitted accounts and they are overdue.I see that Readind and recently Coventry were in the same boat and embargoed.

Applies to a few at the moment. Doesn’t restrict signings - just no fees allowed. So would not really affect us much.

My son saw him on Monday night and he never mentioned about coming back to Swindon although TBF he might not be able to say if he was with the current situation but my son knows him quite well and he doesn't think he is coming back.
Would be a good signing for us. The lad is very talented.

Decent player when fit (although fairly prone to silly mistakes)....and there in lies the problem with Zeki.

Makes you think what a crap job being a lower league footballer must be at times. Fancy having to move to Oldham to get shouted at….
