Would Luongo to Reading for £700,000 be a good deal?
Mooted on you know where
What does it matter? All the money will go to Spurs anyway.

Define good deal. Good money yes, but would be a massive blow for our season. As a fan I'd like to see us keep hold of as many of our key assets as possible and build. But I suspect we can't afford to do that these days. Its going to be an 'interesting' couple of seasons I think. Hope our loan market luck holds out

*If* it got done early and all or most of it was spent on a commanding CB, then yes.

Someone asked Sam on twitter the other day if Spurs had a sell on with Luongo, He replied yes but it wasnt your normal 20% one - is a lot lot higher So we may not see much profit out of any deal

During the BBC phone in, Power spoke of clauses for Wes and Mass being ' around 30 or 40%'.

I like this, I like this a lot Check out the final score. Some of these Guernsey players are highly salaried in their day jobs but surely the lure of pro-football would suffice to prise him off the island. Allen scored 6 in an 11-0 victory, 4th in the league, could they make it a third promotion on the bounce? http://www.guernseyfc.com/matches-league-table Nice little story from the Guernsey FC site: They have a player Ryan Zico, who was invited by the Brazilian Zico to play in a charity match at the Maracana Stadium in front of 70,000. Ryan scored too.

Ryan-Zico Black I assume (there cannot be another one), was a regular for Lancaster City up here for many years!

On the bright side Zakuani has left Peterborough, we might score against them now

My mate who is coming over for the game on the 11th is fed up with Posh at the moment. They have picked up 7 points out of a possible 32 and are in bad form. Apparently he's telling me Zakuani and 3 others have been told they can leave. Not a happy place at the moment! Edit - Mendez-Laing, Tyrone Barnett and Kane Ferdinand are the 3. Barnett worth a look maybe?
