Bostock.

The first variation of the surname Bostock was first recorded in the Domesday book of 1086 as Botestoch, another variation of the surname is Botestock. It is compounded of two Saxon words: 'Bote' which is a term in Old English law signifying compensation. 'Stock' is a root or trunk, figuratively speaking, a place from which a family sprung. Therefore, Botestock means a place given in compensation for something.

Erm, that's a pretty good cryptic clue if it turns out to be Bostock! Are you his cryptic ghost writer stfc_chris?!

If its that then Jed is getting writers in for him.  He's shown no indication of being able to come up with subtlety like that thus far.

Roaar.  Etc.

Critical as I've been of the quality of his English and the idea of using twitter as his primary communication channel, these riddles are a really fun way of engaging with the fans.

As for Bostock, fuck yes!

Bostock & Luongo in the centre of midfield then?

Happy with that if it's the case.

I'm not.  No fucker to tackle.  It's a key reason why Sheff U tore us a new arsehole last season.  Ferry and Luongo in the middle, no tackling.

I should say, that individually I like both players.

Very true but as Batch has just pointed out on Twitter to me, we still have Navarro to do that. Assuming we don't need to shed his wages.
