Fuck I forgot Chesterfield were in League 2. Surprised if he drops down a league but if they are paying him good money I don't really blame him. Especially as it takes him back up north.
We were all excited to sign him so no surprise Chesterfield fans think the same.
He was much improved under K-Mac, that dodgy pass at Brentford aside.
Assuming Luke Rooney also leaves, this would leave us without a wide player. Thought you would of known he was definatly leaving

He's one of our better players, hasn't been brilliant but he is one of the few better quality players left in the squad. Don't mind him leaving if we get some quality in.... Big IF though at the moment.

Think he improved the minute Ritchie left to be honest. I can at least see logic in getting him off the wage bill, I think even PDC said as much as he was expensive. Still disappointing to lose him to Chesterfield mind (av att: 5,431), if it happens.

Will be amazed if chesterfield can offer him a similar contract and surely the guy deserves to stay in league one. Will see over the next 2 weeks i guess.
Keeping Ward is more important that roberts though i think

Fucking getting to be a piss take now if you ask me...predictable and boring.
Mot the boards fault as they havn't any money...but never the less soul destroying to see quality players leaving in there droves.
Fods next i expect.....why the fuck would he want to stay here with the squad decimated and no sign of anyone of remotely the same standard coming in.

Crawley join the 'race' for Luke Rooney. Forgive the cynicism but surely one of these clubs will offer terms?

You have to give Jed and his board credit. They have kept us all guessing to the last.
First they ride in as the great saviours from administration and the Black Implosion. Only for Jed and co to turn out to be connected with several failed takeovers of other clubs and previously associated with individuals with questionable motives, when it comes to football.
They claimed they attempted to keep the loony Italian and yet the loony Italian disputes that entirely.
Then we get the piece about having mystery investors in the same league as Black. Only for a couple of Herbert's to turn up onto the board one of which over indulges a little to much on the free hospitality (we've all been there) resulting in a few fisticuffs.
Now we're dropping players faster than 80's TV entertainers and were promised signings in July. The clock is ticking, Noel Edmunds is about to go make headlines for having a fetish for sex with commercial fire escapes, yet and we're down to the last few assets in the squad. A 34 year old defender (sorry Wardy) and a winger linked to a League 2 Club.
It's either the greatest master stroke ever or were well and truly fucked. The best part is I still cant decide myself and for all the conjecture and the aimless ranting of Ferdi it seems there's no polarised view amongst the fans.
Fair play if we start the season with a competitive squad all is good and I'll even manage to put aside our Chairman follows Amy Childs on Twitter.

It was always going to be about which players come in - not which ones leave.
TBH none of the players who have already gone, or may be about to leave, worry me much (except Fods).
