I wonder how much we could have got for Henshall if we kept him for another year? Looking at the price Powell has been banded about at maybe we could have got a few more pennies.

Hypothetical seeing as Henshall wanted to fuck off, had to take whatever was on offer or go to tribunal. The mistake was in not giving him a few games from the bench, would have pushed his value up a bit and given him a taste of playing proper games.

I used to play footie with his dad, he was a decent player too.  He wasn't a pushy parent, though I don't know what his mum was like who to be fair he did live with.

His Cousin (i think) or if not cousin he is related anyway is Wayne Hatswell, used to play for the Pox amongst others. Scorer of one of the best FA cup own goals when playing for Rushden and Diamonds I think.  I played a couple of matches in the same team as him too, good defender and great headerer of a ball.  Scored a hatrick one match playing at CB, 3 bullet headers going up for corners.

Cant say im particularly fussed with missing out on both Holmes and Williams, can get players just as good if not better.

Roberts would be an incredible signing... As for Morrison - Hudders fans seem to think that they will sign him after a quick gander on their forums. Have to say I wasnt his biggest fan whilst he was here, but clearly has potential and seems to be realising it.

I heard a rumour that David Healy had been offered to Swindon after being freed by Rangers, but Creepy are apparently favourites for his signature. Would be quite a good signing for this level.
