Wrexham fans seem to think we have made a bid for Jake Speight who had a great season there last season, but did shit the year before at Bradford

Should fit in well with the Di Canio regime - "He started his spell with his new club by receiving a jail sentence for assault - without having informed the club beforehand that he had a court case" Welcome to the circus Jake

Must be as I doubt he'd get game time at that many Prem clubs, maybe a Stoke or a Everton?
That would be the Everton that finished 7th in the Premier League - so above most other teams

Can't see this. Will be 27 years old soon after the season starts and has scored 6 goals in 60 career games in League 2.

Wouldnt it be great, although i think there is more chance of us sending Lee Cox out on a season long loan. Darius Vassel available though

Well done, you can read a table. Not exactly sure what your point was but mine was he'd be a good fit for them as they only have Jelavic, Stracquilachi (sp?) and Anichibe. Holt would compliment that well I'd have thought.

Point was, that if he's good enough for Everton, he's good enough for most premier league teams, though I do get your point about Everton maybe looking for a player of his type.

I'm a positive person, but even I know this is never going to happen. There's simply not a chance of this happening. Saints were rumoured to be after him, as were Swansea, he's going to the Euros, and if he went anywhere it'd be to a minimum of the Championship. Obviously it'd be dreamy, but this is total fantasy.

It would be a stunning move for us, and really rubbish one for Coxy...in so many different ways. Why would he come back to us? What would be his motivation? Not a chance.

And no way would Cox come back to us on loan. He's probably hoping to get a move to a top Championship team. Don't forget he has Euro 2012 with Ireland to impress.
