There will be some, however my point is that if Yeovil can improve their stadium, get income streams from 365 usage of their assets and become economically stable, then there's no reason why they can't continue to progress. Of course this isn't an easy thing to do...it's no easier for us than them, which makes us evenly matched clubs.

Indeed it doesn't....but it's no good talking and dreaming about these things, we've got to do something about it. We've had plenty of opportunities in the past, to make a leap in status and it's tended to go wrong, occasionally through no fault of our own, like when the great Harold Fleming sides from about 1910 to 1914, could turn over the likes of Everton Arsenal and ManUre, only for their best years to be robbed by the swaggering, jack booted Hun.

The population of Somerset is close on a mill....Somerset has one football league side.
The population of Ipswich is about 120,000....Swindon closer to 200,000.
Just proves the old adage that you make statistics say anything you want by selective use. The 800K or so living in Somerset includes about half of them living firmly in Bristol City territory. Suffolk, with a population of 700K has only 1 team and must be all within Ipswich catchment. Ipsich population of 128K is only the town itself whilst Swindon's 188K includes wider borough - like for like they are closer than this. End of the day, Yeovil will never sustain more than a League 1 team.

Swindon must be quite a tempting place to move to if you live in New York (im assuming he still plays for NY Red Bulls)
