The only reason he got involved in the first place
...was because that club was well and truly fucked, after years of mismanagement, paltry gates and lack of invesment in even the most basic facilities for a league club. It was the last chance saloon...an old Turkish proverb sums it up...a drowning man will clutch even at a serpent. |

I agree. When I read a 'transfer rumours' thread, I want to read about Steve Lomas coming out of retirement to help Paolo out as player/assistant manager (which he is going to to do) or that life long Town fan Dean Ashton's car has been spotted at the CG, not Ox-fucking-ford. That is all. |
