Oxford Fan, should you fail to reach the play offs or lose in them, would you like Wilder there next season ?

Only time I would want to see that number plate is if it were under a burning fuel tanker with the remains of Leven resembling charcoal
You have a lot of anger in you. It's not healthy.

A tad over the top - about as low as one of them yellowbellies during the Constable saga

Yes it is too OTT, perhaps maybe just glad to not see him play again this season will suffice

Someone like Tyson or also like Rob Earnshaw would be excellent, a record of scoring goals and cant geta run in the first team at their respective clubs, both quick with good skills and both good goal getters.
Or try and get fellow Italian Marcello Trotta from Fulham on a long term loan, yes I know he stated he wants to play at a higher level than League 1 but maybe the influence of PdC would be enough to get him here.
Yep and also on stupid wages which we cant afford.

From our recent experiences (Prutton, Pericard, Clarke...), I'd want to stay away from 'names'.

Well the only thing I can criticise PdC about is his scattergun approach to player recruitment.
He really has brought some crap in on loan apart from the foreign garbage. Tehoue, Montano, Abdullah, that lad from Arsenal and probably some others I cant remember.
I wouldn't disagree, although I'd point out that Foderingham and Holmes have been pretty successful and Ridehalgh was quality. McEveley has been alright and although he didn't do anything with us, Montano seems to be hitting the right notes at his other clubs. Jervis didn't appear to be that great but as DRS would point out, he did score some crucial goals which is what a striker's job is.

Definitely. He's improved our side every year so far, including a promotion, and always wins the big games. I have confidence in him to do the job, this year or next. I'm no knee-jerk nelly.

But will he have the boards backing financially if there is the need to rebuild the squad?

Oxford are bolloxed until they can get Kassam off their backs and own the stadium.
Forking out 500,000 each year before even thinking about the footballing side is a killer.
No club deserves to be bled dry by someone not even interested in the club.
But who is going to fork out £13m to pay off Kassam on top of investing in the playing side.
