Kerrouche never struck me as lazy on the pitch. He always seemed to be buzzing round, putting pressure on players, dropping deep for the ball, chasing lost causes.
I'm glad Wray does seem to be trying to pave a way back for him as I think he's a really good player and the fact that Ritchie has only just overtaken his goal tally says a lot about his qualities when he's actually in the side.
Really hope we see him in a Town shirt again soon.

My dad's mentioned seeing the fitness coach in there with various players, but I've a feeling that tends to be more when they're recovering from injury?

I know you say it's after training but does the fitness coach come in with them or is it just their choice of free time?
No. Only time I see the fitness coach is in there is when the injured players are in there doing rehab.

I love Kerrouche- hope he still fancies it and can prove he deserves a chance. We still need goals and, whatever his perceived faults, he knows where the net is.

Genuinely gutted that Kerrouche isn't playing, ok he's pissed PDC off and that's good enough for me but would love to see him back,

No one had the slightest idea why he came off and most people just assumed he had picked up a knock. There was nothing that he did or didn't do to warrant getting hooked off. Well not to us mere mortals any way.
PdC explained before the Rovers game on the radio that in the Col U game Kerrouche was not doing as he had asked him to do, his specific task, he was not chasing after the ball and closing down the defenders, he was being lazy on the pitch in PdC's eyes. He was not following PdC's specific game plan, thats why he was taken off and PdC made it perfectly clear that if he wouldnt work hard and follow instructions then he wouldnt play again. This was apparently EXACTLY the same at Rovers the following week which is why he has not played since.

One of the agents was saying on Twitter this morning that he's flying up to Glasgow to meet someone for lunch today. I would assume that's to get the contracts finalised etc.

That agent is up there on non-STFC related business according to a later update. SPL player on his way to the Championship in June.
Thought we'd be keeping him busy down here.
