I think he seems like a potentially good signing. Looks to be quite big but hard to tell for certain in the pictures. Seems highly rated by Sheff Wed if he got a new 2 year deal and played a bit for them last year.

To be fair, Brandon Cooper is 22, and has played less than a full seasons worth of games, and he would be an upgrade if we signed him.

Time will tell if this is a good signing, just hope that the new players are given time to settle.

Seems like a well balanced back 3 with Baudry, Harries and now Brennan.

Honestly, if we can keep Reed and McKirdy, add a decent striker (2) and a Payne replacement and it’s none too shabby.

How many loan slots is that now?

When is the first pre-season game so we can see the various offspring of the Trialist family in action, see to be getting the loans sorted earlier and then will (I assume) run the rule over OOC options then?

Positive replies on this. Right sided defender brought in to play every game so potentially no chance of a AK return?

Still feel like an experienced defender, centre mid and striker should be top of priority but a month to go and ALOT available as of today so let’s see.

Sounds like a decent signing reading the Official website.  Hope the lad has a decent season with us and becomes the next Jack Stephens

That made me laugh. Despite him having the occasional very good game in the Premier League, I always see Jack Stephens as an absolute Carthorse for Southampton!

But yes relatively he has had an amazing career. Lets hope the new kid does as well for us too.

Fair enough.  He was decent for us when on loan,  that's what I was liking him too

His mate Jordan Turnbull is out of contract at Salford I believe.
