Taking aim at DJ for his numbers is not really the vibe here, surely. The guy was the most talented player we've had in years. You don't measure that with data.

Although strange, I’ve got no problem with Freeman going. Got 3 players for that position and he looked no better than any of them.
In some ways, having virtually no players left in the summer may be a godsend for any new manager.

Only saw him play once in the flesh and whilst his skills and techniques were very un Swindon like, his tendency to use them to dribble down a blind alley and then lose the ball were entirely Swindon. |

The fact is though, he had age on his side, he was ours, and he has bundles of potential. No doubt with some guidance he'll go onto bigger and better things than Charlton.

Came into this clusterf**k late as lost interest in the transfer deadline day countdown last night preferring to read a good book.
Phone call from daughter this morning updated me and at the same time just took away another slice of my love for this club and like so so many other times I have absolutely no idea and can only guess at what is really going on and the reasoning behind totally seemingly irrational moves involving very good players that once again alienates us long suffering fans.
I will watch tonight’s game with precious little expectation so will not be disappointed if it does all go very wrong.
As an aside, daughter has been banned from FB for three days due to comments made about our erstwhile Chairman, shame something along the same lines could not be done to stop Sheridan being a manager.
