And with virtually the whole squad out of contract in the summer, we can look forward to another window of everyone else’s cast offs in the summer, so that by Christmas we’ll have a completely different squad to the one we’ve got now.
No strategy.
No idea.
Nobody, except the fans, cares.
And for Power, this is a *great* morning. The very purpose of owning the club for him. He’s sold a player.

Battle of the river Plate where the badly damaged Graf Spee was penned into the river delta by the RN fleet with nowhere to run and the Bismarck which was pursued relentlessly by the RN across the Atlantic, badly damaged and rudderless. Both were scuttled before being finished off without mercy.

You could play a 442 diamond with Grant at the base, Lyden and Palmer in the middle and Twine or the new lad up top. Then Pitman up front along with Omotoye or Smith or the new lad.
All irrelevant though because Sheridan doesn’t have a clue how to get the most out of them tactically or motivate them
