Latest from the Adver. It goes from bad to worse. THE silence is deafening at the County Ground as mystery continues to surround the Town takeover deal.
As the clock continues to tick both parties claim they are waiting for the other to complete, but still there appears no sign of movement.
Andrew Fitton's and Jeremy Wray's consortium insist they are still waiting on approval from Town's lawyers with sources close to the club saying they have done everything that has been asked for. Why can't they all just sit around one fucking table and sort this all out? Actually, this seems to be a recurring tactic from the board. Heaping the blame on the other party saying that they've already done whats required of them. |

I got myself all prepared yesterday for the takeover, but today I'm bored and tired of it all. I want it completed yes, but this really is getting beyond a joke. I still think both parties are as bad as one another. Saturday night it was 'take it or leave it', now its weds. I just want to know one way or another. Takeover or No takeover.  |
