Can anyone remember what was said when Sturrock took over regards to the compensation clause?  I can’t find the original piece but I seem to remember a ‘large figure’ was quoted after Wise short tailed it to Leeds.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's a case of the current board accepting a lower amount than what's on the contract. Is that being a bit cynical? In the general scheme of things I suppose these snippets of information never really get released anyway.

Bit of a double edged sword really.  It could Keep the club afloat but the shoe on the other hand could mean that we await the new Plan B.
