I think its a good idea as long as the content is based on fact and not whats reported in the media. Don't take this the wrong way, but I find that a bit of a nasty thing to say - as a journalist I've never lied in anything I've broadcast/written, and neither have any of my colleagues. To say that as a group of people we all lie is a bit out of order. Im not saying you have and my comments are not aimed at any particular media. All Im saying is that if club staff are saying that certain reports are innaccurate, you dont want to be known for preaching facts that aren't 100% confirmed. Look stupid otherwise. Im sorry if you found it "nasty" however the media are renowned for making mountains out of molehills. I won't be taking back what I said in my original post either. |

I'd say there isn't a lot of point, we'd only need that possibly if we was fundraising to report everything that get's said and by whom, but as someone suggested it is something for Monday nights discussions
