I'd imagine Supermarine could see a rise in attendances, maybe even a small club set-up in protest at a push.

I know I won't be wasting my time protesting anymore.
Whilst it may not have got the quick fix some seem to have expected we should bear in mind that the board are still in the same postion if not worse. Standing up for your views are never a waste of time even if you are in a minority. Oddly enough perhaps this the very time that protests would be more effective.

The orange revolution made the papers and whilst it was at it's peak, any pictures of the crowed would show off a fair few orange hats. That worked. The 50ish people standing outside the Arkells shouting stuff made fuck all difference. Unless something happens which can drag in a parade of protesters, we're easily ignored. Depending how the next few weeks pan out I could see us getting enough people for a proper protest. I'm getting new investors pulling out after seeing the accounts vibes at the moment. I'm not sure I buy into the using the club to bring in foreign players rumours. I don't see why you'd do that in England. As I think it's been stated elsewhere, lot's of European clubs have less strict work permit rules, if you were doing that you'd go for the classic Belgium effort.

I personally feel that legal action from BP or the creditors in the CVA or takeover action from who it may be will be more effective.
I'm not going to waste the beer time.

I'm not going to waste the beer time. Yes these would be more effective if even one option was likely to happen?

I hate Brissle Sh!tty, probably more so than the Pox, but still can't be bothered going. I have never felt so pessimistic at the start of any season about the club.

I have to admit I'm having a bit of a 'can't be arsed' moment with tonight as well ... But I'm not pessamistic about the season. Luggy knows what he's doing, even if those in charge do not.

Town fans will have left last night knowing a striker is still a priority but, with sporting director Rufus Brevett suggesting to a passing fan the new investors will be announced within two weeks, hopefully they won't have long too wait. Found this comment interesting from the Adver Site. Wonder what the chances are of this actually being realistic?

Martyn Starnes comments in the matchday programme last night said "we hope to have made an announcement by the time you read this"
