And not ONE single word regarding the so-called investor, when this would have been a very good time to reveal all. I'd imagine the club would look a better investment opportunity if the CVA is renegotiated first. it seems the 'mystery investor' is about as real as rocking horse shit judging by recent suggestions that dunwoody's current guise (d460 or something) were to provide the so-called investment ha.

well i have only just seen this and i am not impressed with that statement at all. they can't pay the CVa so what do they do? they attempt to piss off one of the major players in the list of Creditors. fantastic! not only that but they have now surely well and truly scuppered any chance of a renegotation that they may have had. idiots. so it's the end now for this board. whether the club follows them through the exit door remains to be seen...we shall wait and see i suppose

NO HIGH COURT JUDGE WILL WIND THIS BUSINESS UP WHEN THERE IS A VIABLE RESCUE PACKAGE ON THE TABLE TO SATISFY CREDITORS
Love Fred Yeah, granted Freddo. That doesn't stop the council or HMRC banging in the winding up orders though, does it? No, or the Football League banging on a 10 point penalty either

I really don't beleive that "I can't beleive it's not Dunwoody Marketing" (D460) are or were ever behind any investment though. More likely a) talks are ongoing but they need more time to negotiate than the CVA will allow b) that the mystery man has disengaged c) it was total BS.

Well that's the point - if it were CVA460 or whoever there isn't an investment, just a formalising of the "STFC, wholly owned subsidiary of ..." position we've been in for the past five/six years dressed up to look like an investment. Financial engineering, I believe it's called.

To clarify, I don't believe that the board were referring to '460 when they said they had an interested "investor". It's just a gut feeling. If it does indeed turn out to be '460 then it would be devastating. SSW will have sold us out.

So for the benefit of some one slow, such as my self.
The club board can not pay, they have burnt all their bridges, can power and co force the issue, take over and sort us out.
