Is has now been confirmed...The board of STFC has finally lost the plot.
I'd like to know if Maverick can explain this away.

I've got this recurring vision of Nick Martin sat in his office reading that statement and also licking the end of the biro that he is just about to sign the "STFC Winding Up Petition" with.

Well they have now officially managed to fuck off every signle person who would have been a bit sympathetic to them. Good way of kissing up to one of the main creditors that can save your asses.

OK. We've all had a good rant for the last hour or so. Very cathartic, but not particularly constructive in the grand scheme of things.
Some action is needed. We have 9 days to save our club. Suggestions welcome...

This could be it....the time they take the club down with them instead of hand it over

Right I'm confused. The board have shot themselves in the foot but what does this all mean?
If the current board can't pay the cva the club get wound up, yes?
If the club does get wound up then what happens? How can we prevent it being wound up?

Has anyone on the board read the fucking CVA proposal? I think not. The CVA is not dependent on the redevelopment, yet how many times have they used that line? Countless.
They clearly are a bunch of clueless morons. I can't comprehend that Andronikou wrote the CVA proposal, but seems to think he can change it as and when he wants to.
The simple thing is: we're fucked. 9 days to go and they've just taken about 1,000,000 steps backwards. If there was a 'mystery investor' (which I sincerely doubt there is) they really should have unveiled him by now.
These imbeciles are hanging on by the tiniest sinew now, I feel if one more skeleton pops it's head out of the closet then these fuckers will be gone quicker than a flash.
They've made me so fucking angry, again! Garrrr! You cunting fuckers!

If the club does get wound up then what happens? How can we prevent it being wound up? they've shot themselves in the foot plenty of times yet continue to cling on, i can't see this time being any different. they're so detached from reality that i've no doubt they genuinely believe the bullshit they habitually spout. failure to pay the cva could result in the club being wound up/facing liquidation in the courts but unlike scarborough, we've got what is now effectively a "rescue package". if the club does go under and there's nothing we can do...see you all at supermarine.

Love Fred Yeah, granted Freddo. That doesn't stop the council or HMRC banging in the winding up orders though, does it?

And not ONE single word regarding the so-called investor, when this would have been a very good time to reveal all. I'd imagine the club would look a better investment opportunity if the CVA is renegotiated first.

Isn't it essentially 6 'working' days to go. Even worse.
