That's the picture. Not quite sure why the dog is wearing goggles, but it's rather awesome.

I'm going to Blur's warm up gig - my missus' workmate won 10 tickets so we've got in on it (free gig so why not!?!)

Why they're doing their warm up gig in Newcastle is anybody's guess.

Just a quick question, has anyone ever bought tickets from Double8Tickets.com. They seem to be approved by Google, but y'never can tell. Are they reliable/trustworthy?
The tickets i'm after are sold out on sites such as ticketmaster etc

They're a tout company. Your choice really, but I wouldn't use them.

Sounds dodgy.

I really need to get round to listening to Brakes properly. They keep getting recommended to me but somehow I've accidentally avoided listening to them. I shall get downloading later and make a subsequent purchase(s) if I like.

I'm pretty poor on effort when it comes to listening to new(er) bands and I don't listen to radio either.

Have you ever considered a career in music journalism? I've heard they're going to quote your post on the dvd.
