gurney thinks he is an attacking full-back, the sort of player sturrock likes. But he is actually shit!
i agree that whalley is likely to be first out the door. That makes more sense now. Are you Matt Hewlett? Rumbled, darn it. uurrrhhhhh NO! just dont think Gurney is as good as some make him out to be thats all. I think this loan talk will be a striker, anyone have any inside info? Infact we all know that no one ever does, so anyone have any general guesses?? |

I cant believe people are slating Whalley, he looked a cut above the rest last season and would be awesome alongside Evans in the CM role.
People seem to forget Pook is only 20 and for his age is a very good player, i think if Sturrock doesnt want him (which no one but sturrock knows) then we should loan him to Forest Green to get some first team football and if he still doesnt rate him then get rid of him.
Andy Gurney would be great at this level as well. I dont rate Jack Smith at all think he is very slow and gets beat to easily, but thats my opinion.

You've totally invalidated that opinion though by claiming Jack Smith is crap as he has clearly been one of our better players this season. |

This whole thread is nuts some other clown up there talking about Whalley & Gurney being great and Jack Smith being rubbish you guys are delerious Jack Smith has been one of our most improved players this year and actually has a big impact on the team now. |

CCP could be another one. We've already got Williams, Ifil and Nicho as regular centre halfs with Leigh Henry a very promising youngster. Surely there's no room for CCP?
