taking out sturrock, that is probably the most depressing short list ive ever seen in my entire life. i think sturrocks the only manager that we could realisticly attain that would make me smile after all of this.

If Tuttle keeps the job we're probably screwed. I'm very upset right now.

If only....shades of Tony Galvin's legendary spell as caretaker after Ossie walked....when he spent the entire game leant on the dug out at the Hawthorns  soaking up the early springtime sun.

Galviin unusually had a degree in Russian....which I don't think Tuttle does.

Thinking about though Tuttle does have the requisite ex Tottenham player qualification to be an STFC manager.

I would be delighted to get Sturrock although it is unlikely.
I will get lynched and it will never happen, but I would like Andy King back until the end of the season.

But PLEASE NOT Iffy

Funny you should mention Galvin .. I went to his one off match as manager at the Hawthorns .. and it was going through my mind as I drove in .. well no surprise its Tuttle .. with his awful managerial record it was always going to be .. on the plus side he seems a nice bloke when ive chatted to him at the reserve games

If I got back to my car after a game to hear those words 'well Shaun' whined out by that arse I would take a hammer ot my own dashboard.

Why oh why are we the oly bloody club that would evn contemplate returning to THAT. Theres an absolute flood of managers out there, albeit not the best, but at least some with experience and with careers that Tuttle can only dream of.

Paul Hart? tough time at Rushden but better than Tuttle.
Worthin.....ok, pie in't sky
Sturrock - will wait for a bigger job
Brian Little? has he taken over at Darlo yet? if not, get him in
McGhee - arse, but better than Tuttle. Knows how to get a side up.
John Carver - better than Tuttle
Reeeeves - if he applied the board would consider him simply because he's one of the 3 people in football they've heard of and the one who hasn't had the job!
Megson - dream on, plus Paul Evans would be seen running down the hard shoulder of the M4 faster than Fola Onibuje
Kevin Summerfield - jobless and spent a short time in charge at Plymouth
i'm guessing now....

Millwall did have about 4 different managers that season though.

thats a fair point ... but im sure the turmoil here is pretty big here too .. I wish him the best .. but long term I hope we get a top class manager in .. the board stated that they had made DW and GP an improved offer .. so does that mean the money is there for a replacement? I hope so .. I really dont want the cheap option ..

Totally agree, I don't want the cheap option either.  Reckon we need to give Tuttle the benefit of the doubt and wait and see if the board do actively look for a new manager or do the same as they did with Iffy
