Swindon Town reminds me of a soap I predict our entire first team will die in a coach crash beore the end of the season.

But they did show some ambition in the summer by trying to appoint cunt and cunt and up until today it has proved succesful.

I would love to see Sturrock here as he knows these leagues and knows how to get out of them. And lets be fair. Who is going to try to poach him.

Sturrock is a big fan of Dundee United, and has always said he'd like to manage them, currently I believe they're struggling.....he might end up there.

won't we have some money to spend on a manager's wages as part of this compensation deal?

sadly, we are also 750k in debt

and the rest. That's just forecast overspend for this year

Yes he is. I saw that in one of the Sunday Papers.

Wise was a luxury I guess.

If I was to guess a comprehensive shortlist for the full-time post - it would be: David Tuttle!

Forget Sturrock, McGhee, Penney, Shaun Taylor, Steve White, Mooney et al... This will be internal. I'm sure of it.

David Tuttle played for Sheffield United against Swindon in our first Premiership game. Nice little fact there.

More or less all our internal appointments have resulted in relegation, or some disaster....Ken Beamish achieved the lowest gates and lowest position in our history, but relegation wasn't an option....I think Quinny would count as an internal...Johns Trollope and Gorman both took us down Iffy took us down. Les Allen produced possibly our worst ever side and took us down.

The only exception to this sorry list was  :king: Will he come back and save us from Tuttle?
