If everyone in the UK was to stop smoking now - over 50 years the NHS would save an estimated £20 billion  :shock:

don't care what anyone says but i found giving up quite hard.

especially as my ex smoked and so did my mum (when living at home) and to be round them all the time made it worse.

took me a good 4 months before i really felt myself not wanting one. but in that time i was a misserable fucker.

But now it's been over 6 years and i hate smoking. They say the ex smokers are the worse and they're right. it's fucking horrid.
