now in my book a captain has to be vocal. ideally to organise, or at least to encourage. now sean does niether, reeves used to scream all sorts, mostly bollocks, but it's get you going.

whats happened to him? he was the worst by a mile yesterday along with jack smith, he used to be fucking sound.

clearly being captian is too much for him, needs to concentrate on his own game as he is our best defender when focussed.

When Stef was captain while Seano was out injured, we seemed a lot more vocal.
I would personally choose either Stef or Paul Smith as the captain.

Thats because his concentration levels are shit. Otherwise, he is a quality defender. How many crucial tackles has he made this season. The latest, Vs Gillingscum was brilliant.

has made loads of errors since iffy took over, most of his great tackles are from his original fuck ups.
he has improved lately but is still a liabilty.sent off.regular fuck ups shocking distribution.and positioning for goals conceded is awful on a regular basis.
if he cant concentrate then how can he be a quality defender?(complete contradiction)

Positioning, distribution and fuck ups apply to all the back 4 not just Ifil. Yes his concentration is an issue but at least he's got the pace to back it up.

I said apart from his lack of concentration, he is a quality defender i.e. good tackler, very good pace, very good strength, good marker etc. But yeah his distribution is pretty poor.
