I would guess the only thing determined by the amount of points you have is whether you will be able to get a ticket in phase 2 to start with.

According to latest adver release the second phase ( points system ) is broken down into many parts

Just heard it is £25 all stands. £19 concession, £17 student/young adult and £12 junior. Haven't heard anything about allocation yet. Keep you all posted!

That's how it's worked in the past. Would make no sense for a season ticket holding Jr red to be blocked from buying their seat.

All depends on how the points systems breaks down.

As it only 1 per ST holder, I imagine it will be one per loyalty member so most 'regulars' should get a ticket.

Funnily enough ... A couple of lads in front of me were considered getting a season ticket just for the Chelsea game, they admitted they wouldnt go to another league game which I found a bit bizarre but whatever floats your boat I guess.

Your casual big-game-only fan isn't going to have a clue about these points. They don't read the OS, or forums, they don't follow Jed or the club on Twitter... it's only going to be regular-ish attendees who sign up, and who go to an extra game or two to earn points.

I'm considering heading down to MK to get some points as it's the only game I can make. It's nearly 200 miles though so I need to work out if I can afford it. Failing that, I'll try to persuade my brother to go to Wolves while I'm out of the country and buy his ticket on my account!!

Absolutely. It's a bit gutting for me that after having a ST for a few years, then going to every game I could fit in around work, then going to every game I could afford to get to from London, this tie comes up once I've moved to the other end of the country and can't really get to games at all!

Not Jed's fault, not the loyalty points system's fault, just a pain in the backside! Still quite hopeful of getting a ticket though.

Agreed in the same situation where I've had season tickets for years. Just the way it is though I guess.

In terms of how long the points last has this been determined? One season at a time seems fairly pointless if a big draw comes early in the season such as this...but it would also be unfair for someone to hog everything simply because they have the benefit of being older perhaps? I think points lasting 3 years before being wiped would be reasonable.

Problem is the amount of non ST regulars who buy tickets on the day and the ones who have mates that buy the tickets on their account.

I had a similar problem and emailed club late on Thursday.  Got email from bloke called jason friday morning offering to set up account for my daughter. Few problems reassigning tickets already paid for but eventually sorted although I had to collect her ticket as it had cancelled and re-issued it and he had to print it but this was no biggie. I was still exchaging emails with him at 8 last night, he even credited us for the games attended before we got on my world (although the purchases were recorded in my name)

Couldn't praise the club enough so I'm sure your email will be answered soon.

My only worry is that Chelsea fans living in Swindon could get their sprogs junior red membership and jump in at phase 3

Thinking back, I received first reply early friday, I responded early afternoon and didn't get anything back until long after I'd given up hope of a response that day (gone 7). It looks like they tend to deal with emails outside of opening hours,  Saturday evening might be pushing it though!

Now if anyone can explain to me how I am going to assign tickets to the nipper that would mean I don't have to bother the nice man in the ticket office again - he probably thinks he's got a stalker the amount of times I've contacted him!

Just for clarity, I can buy one ticket at phase 1 as a ST holder & can then buy a further ticket(s) at phase 2 by using loyalty points. How many can I buy at phase 2?

Apparently that is the case and according to the email I recieved at some point during the process you should see a reassign tickets option.  I think this might be just after selecting the seats but as I haven't done this before I was wondering if anyone who has done this before could shed anymore light on the situation as the next game I will be doing this for will be the chelsea one and I'm guessing the staff in the ticket office might not have time for emails from the technologically challenged like me!

Chose 2 seats for shitty game and added to basket
On next page the reassign feature shows next to tickets before you purchase
Clicking the reassign then brings up a box with all those in your network
Click the person you want and page goes back with the ticket name now changed to that you wanted

You can try if you like as you dont actually click purchase so dont buy the ticket

Sign up to Myworld ticketing system and then you can go online and buy them whilst you are away. I bought my QPR tickets online from the other side of the world last month.

Oh for the days when tickets went on general sale and you went and bought them....if you had to stand in the rain for hours then so be it.

This is no disrespect to season ticket holders because you are the life blood of the club but having one does not make you more loyal than someone not having one....many fans may travel large distances say 6 times a season to watch the club....that makes them as loyal in my view but they have a slim chance of getting a ticket....but that is life i suppose.

Never have agreed with the season tickets first policy....and that is not a dig at the club or fans with them,just do not think it is fair on fans who cannot afford one or cannot watch every match because of work or where they live.

Registered  for myworld and purchased tickets for Saturday, City & Wolves. I asked Jed if I can go into the shop and add the tickets I bought on the gate for previous games and he said yes, which should hopefully be enough to get me a ticket for Chelsea!

So for one reason or another I havent made it to any games yet this season. Now I come to buy tickets on this new system for the first time for the family for the Shitty game, and am a bit confused. Does anyone know how I can get a family ticket (2 Ad, 2 Juniors U16) and not get the shittest seats in the stand ie allocate them myself ?

Then next question, when the Chelsea tickets go on general release, it states maximum of 2 tickets per person. Does that mean I cant get tickets for the 4 of us all together ? Or do I have to create an account for the wife, and get 2 tickets allocated to her ? In which case, will I be better off creating accounts for all 4 of us for the Shitty game so we all get points then I can get Chesea tickets from 19th in phase 2 ?

I used it for the first time on Saturday morning, when you go to buy click find tickets and you should be able to search for the area you want to sit. For the City & Crewe games, my mate told me his seats, I searched for the one next to them and got them both times, no trouble.

Only thing that's annoying me is there's no evidence I ever purchased a Wolves ticket despite having the confirmation email!

Yeah, but when you select a family package, it automatically allocates you seats - when I tried it, I got row E seats 3,4,5 & 6 - not exactly the best available ! How can you select your own seats, but get the discount for a family ticket ?

I purchased my Torquay ticket on the night. I still have the ticket stub, but as I paid by cash there is no record on the db. I wonder if I take the ticket stub in, whether I can exchange it for 15 points?  :)

In theory you're not supposed to able to but I think they'll probably let you while the systems in its infancy. Think Jed said Tails(?) could do so when he asked him over Twitter recently. Has to be worth a try at least.

Just got tickets through ticket master after a couple of minutes on hold. Loaded onto our ST cards. They said Phase 2 is one ticket per person with 50 loyalty points.

Just bought mine on line in about 2 minutes flat with no booking fee and loaded onto cards very impressed with the new website it told me I had reserved seats clicked on the link and it added to the basket.

Not a booking fee, it's a postage fee I believe.

Club shop say I can redeem my Torquay stub for points, if I go there in person.

I got this error once. Go back and try it again in a few minutes (probably bandwidth issues).

The system isn't the most stable for me either but is good when it does work. Managed to book 6 onto our cards and not to get charged a booking fee is brilliant to be honest.

Well that really was a piece of piss. £37 charged for me and jr, no handling fees, just select season ticket holders 'STH add access to card' as a delivery option . Could select both to purchase both tickets from my account having previously added jr to my network. Marvellous. 9/10.

Just got my Membership card delivered and purchased Franchise tickets which takes me to 30 points, should be fine getting a Chelsea ticket.

Very impressed with MyWorld and I think the Loyalty points are a much fairer way of deciding priority.

Took a couple of minutes to find my way round having not used it before but it was really very easy.

+1 for me. Usual procedure with eagerly anticipated/high demand tickets like this is queue for hours outside ground/sit on hold for ages, get disconnected, sit on hold for ages, rinse and repeat. Now, it was wait a couple of mins to log on to MyWorld thing (virtual queueing to manage website load - very smart) in, done in a couple of minutes. Tickets all done and dusted by 9.15. Well impressed.

Silly question, have you linked your online account with your season ticket? you can tell as when you log in
  a) you should see your season ticket seat number on the page
  b) In the top right corner it will say you name and client ref number, e.g. "Whits (12345)" Your client ref number on your season ticket card should match.

Suspect I am teaching you to suck eggs, but then again it may be the first time you have used MyWorld.

Have to echo the positive reactions to the MyWorld stuff.

Used it all season to buy away tickets, get a Crewe ticket for my old man which I could just email to him to print out, buy cup tickets for myself and the missus and just refer hers over to her ST and haven't had to pay a penny in booking or postage, let alone rack up a massive phone bill sitting on hold waiting to get through to the one or two operators they often had eg for Villa tickets last year.

How long does it take for points to be allocated to your account? I just ordered a Tranmere ticket, and it's in my order history, but no points showing as yet.

Does anyone know how many points for a home league game? A season ticket gives you 230 which obviously equates to 10 per game but I know it's 15 for a home come match (i.e. It was for Torquay).

If it's 15 for a league game too then season ticket holders may end up worse off. Just wondering like.

Yeah it's 15 for a home league game. If you weren't a ST holder but bought 23 home tickets it would cost you a lot more though so probably fair enough that individual tickets accrue more points than a ST on a per-game basis?

Has anyone been able to buy an Adult ticket on a Junior red membership? My daughter won't be coming to the match but I wanted to use her ST allocation to buy an extra Adult ticket. Think that was possible with the previous system.

Just bought my ticket & checked the availability around my seat to see if it was available for my lad on phase 2.  As the 2 seats next to me are not held by ST holders & ST holders are only allowed their own seat, I was surprised to see the seats next to me are not available?

This happened last season against Villa, where the 2 guys sat next to me weren't ST holders, yet I couldn't get one when I got mine as they weren't available.

@AldbourneRed. A mate upgraded his Jr Red ticket to adult for Chelsea. He had to ring the club to do it.

Would that not be because they haven't released those tickets yet?  Your specific season ticket is available, as is anyone else with one until that Phase is completed.

We've sat in the same seats for 5 seasons and know all the ST holders who sit around us and which seats have different people in them each game or remain empty.  On a couple of occasions we've tried to get one of those seats for a bigger game as a plus one on a ST and they've not been available.  It's almost as if people have STs for the seats, but then go and sit elsewhere.

Junior robin season tickets holders are allowed to buy 2 tickets ( thought that was phase 2 though ) so maybe those seats have been sold to adults accompanying juniors?

I am one of those that only sit in my ST seat when it is a near full house

That's right, there's an option to have it added to you card or to have tickets posted out.

Club seem to have right royally fucked up my Dad's myworld account. He registered last night and it came up with his step son's client number and he could only purchase a junior ticket.

I had this issue when I bought Torquay tickets. A quick call to the club resolved it.

There are a few people that come with us that don't have season tickets, so we sit where there is more room and sit together.

I just called the phone ticket line and they said the club had just introduced a £2 per ticket booking fee either on the phone or online.

does anyone know anything about this?  I want to buy 4 tickets, but I'm not paying an extra £8 to do it online.

It's only £2 if you have them sent out. If you select to print them yourself there's no extra charge.

As this is the season ticket priority window you can surely get them added to your ST ?

Something doesn't sound right.  I reserved my seat online yesterday and selected the "STH add access to card" option and was only charged the face value of the ticket.  I paid by debit card. 

Is there a charge for credit card payments maybe?

I booked 2 online and had them booked to st with no charge.

it wasn't a credit card I used so can't be sure, I'l email them to see why I have been charged, I phoned up though so im thinking maybe its a kind of service charge for having someone answer the phone.

Mind you, under the old system we used to have to fork out £2 to order online.

it does, although there's very few companies that don't look for 'extra' ways to charge customers nowadays, it's just the way it is. I meant more it makes sense as to why they have charged me £2, not so much how they can justify it.

and to be fair to them, if I had worked out how to link my ST to the myworld when I ordered it I wouldn't have had to pay the £2. I worked it out later in the day and promptly kicked myself for not working it out earlier  :doh:

Always had to pay a postage fee over the phone before anyway (think it was a quid) so seems like a good tradeoff to me.

I'm pretty certain that under Nick Watkins they introduced a 2 quid booking fee for paying by card. By any means, phone, online or in person. So I don't think this has been introduced due to JedCo outsourcing the phone bit, seems the change is they scrapped the booking fee for everything except paying by phone because that still costs them.

They haven't before for ordering by phone, they just bunged a quid on for postage before.

I was getting exactly the same error...had all 3 family season tickets linked, and even had a message saying "Seats have been reserved for you" next to the Chelsea game, but got the same error when checking out.

Wow! Didn't realise it was as easy as that from some of the stories I've read on here...clicked activate account, put in ref number, made sure details were correct, clicked Chelsea tickets and booked, paid, added to ST and 1 confirmation email! Brilliant!

I've got my 50 bonus points and will order my Chelsea ticket on Friday. It's not so much of a panic now that season ticket holders can't buy 50 tickets each for their glory-hunting friends.

Seems to be working great now though.

Now that they're available I've just booked my tickets for Rotherham and PNE away, meaning I have enough loyalty points to book Chelsea tickets on Monday. Not bad considering two weeks ago I was being laballed a plastic who didn't deserve a ticket. I trust those who were throwing the accusations around are going to those games too.

Not in my experience Flash. I'd give the club shop/ticket office a bell if I were you. They've probably either loaded them on your cards or have them "waiting to be collected". Either that or your postie has half inched em.

I just went on the Chelsea website and note that I could buy a ticket for the Champions League game against Basel for £35. I paid £25 for Swindon v Gillingham!

I would never ever choose Chelsea over Swindon (even when I live in London from next month) but I can see the lure (especially for the younger generation) of people in places like Swindon who can get to places like Chelsea fairly easily and see a (supposedly) higher standard of football.

I think its important that Swindon look at ticket prices for teenagers/students to keep them going to Town, rather than being lured off to watch 'the best league in the world'.

Oh we will. 5000 ST holders only being able to buy one each and then a few hundred with 50 bonus points, it's not possible to sell any more at the moment. Wait for general sale - it'll be bedlam!

Selling out a game that most would be able to watch for free at home or by going down the pub would be an achievement regardless of the opponent.  I think we'll get 13,000 to 14,000 certainly, but not convinced of a total sell out.

Sadly(for me) i cannot go to the Chelsea match,i have two Wolves ticket stubbs if it helps anybody get a ticket before the bedlam of general sale...let me know.

A number of additional tickets are to go on sale for the previously sold-out away fan section for the Capital One Cup tie at Swindon.

Chelsea Football Club took the full allocation originally offered. These tickets have become available due to an agreement reached between Swindon Town FC and their local police force.

The match at the County Ground is on Tuesday 24 September with a 7.45pm kick-off.

Tickets, which are priced at £25, will be sold online only to season ticket holders (60 per cent of the new allocation) and members (40 per cent).

Season ticket holders who have not already bought a ticket can purchase one per person on Tuesday 17 September from 7am.

Members who have not already bought a ticket can purchase one per person on Wednesday 18 September from 7am.

Subject to availability, season ticket holders and members can buy an extra two tickets each (maximum of three in total) on Thursday 19 September from 7am.

Subsidised travel will operate for this match. Coaches will depart Stamford Bridge at 4.15pm, with tickets priced £10 per person.

My mate had all sorts of trouble getting his online today. The system only allows you to buy a concession ticket and they can't take telephone bookings for those with 15 points. He had to buy the concession and then upgrade and pay the rest on Saturday!

Is there any rules on the type of team Chelsea have to put out in the Cup ? can they put out a team of kids for e.g or does it have to be a mixture

I've got 25 points and only trying to get one ticket in the DRS. but when I've selected a seat and click through to the checkout, it comes up with a warning message inside a red block reading; "Unfortunately, you are attempting to purchase more tickets for a match than your type of membership allows. Please double check, and either choose a different price class, use "assign" to assign tickets to a member within your network or remove items from your basket to proceed."

Tried yesterday but it wasnt even letting me select a seat!

I assume the contact number is office hours only? Would've rung today but was in an all day meeting. Really dont want to have to scrap with people in the general sale (is that tomorrow now?)

Been a bit slow on the uptake of this myworld stuff. I'd booked tickets for the Bristol match last week and had a wolves ticket assigned to me and when I clicked on the myworld stuff, it would say I was logged in at the top of the page, so assumed I was all present and correct. Clear as mud.

Got mine sorted eventually. After making theschoolboy error of logging out & back in again which then put me in a queue for 15 minutes, eventually got abck in only to see the same error. But after a bit of trial & error it seemed to work. I reckon someone forgot to tick the "enable prices" box at 9:00 or something really complicated like that.

Middlesborough home in the league 97-98 was the last 15k+ crowd that I can find at 15,228.

It was quoted as 14,700 and then we have the extra 578 seats added this week would take it up to 15,278.

If we have indeed totally sold out the full ground capacity then it will be the largest home crowd since the Bolton LC Semi Final game in 94-95 when there was 15,341 there at the County Ground.

I think for Walsall they hadn't ripped out the seats of the bottom right (if viewing from Town End) in the Stratton Bank then, hence why there were more? For Bristol City 03/04...did that sell out or was there segregation in DRS?!
