Has anyone been able to buy an Adult ticket on a Junior red membership?

Junior red membership, or junior red + season ticket?

Either way no, not seen how to do that.

Junior Red + season ticket, so should be in this priority window. I've mailed the club but guess they're busy today

Has anyone been able to buy an Adult ticket on a Junior red membership? My daughter won't be coming to the match but I wanted to use her ST allocation to buy an extra Adult ticket. Think that was possible with the previous system.
I got mine + a junior red this morning but did it over the phone if that helps.

This has happened to me every time I have purchased something as well, only ever been charged once for each transaction though.

Oh right, can you report back if you find out. Might be useful for some of us to know if you can indeed upgrade to adult.

No doubt your confirmation emails contained the line "PLEASE NOTE: Do not be concerned if you have received multiple copies of this e-mail, you will have only been charged once."?

You were lucky there as a sign on the front door says no tickets in person until 9th Sept ( popped in around 1.45 to collect Wolves ticket )

Phase 1
9.00am Wednesday 4th September until Thursday 12th September online or by phone ONLY

9.00am Monday 9th September until Thursday 12th September in person
(1 ticket per person season ticket holders only)

At least there were 4 staff manning the tills

Have to say the box office staff have been great this week - have emailed with 2 problems and they were sorted within a day
Fair play to the considering the boss ( Claire ) is in hospital

Just bought my ticket & checked the availability around my seat to see if it was available for my lad on phase 2.  As the 2 seats next to me are not held by ST holders & ST holders are only allowed their own seat, I was surprised to see the seats next to me are not available?

This happened last season against Villa, where the 2 guys sat next to me weren't ST holders, yet I couldn't get one when I got mine as they weren't available.

Odd.

@AldbourneRed. A mate upgraded his Jr Red ticket to adult for Chelsea. He had to ring the club to do it.

Would that not be because they haven't released those tickets yet?  Your specific season ticket is available, as is anyone else with one until that Phase is completed.

I'm assuming that season ticket holders who buy online just have that game added to their card?
