Have you activated your account by using the client reference number on your season ticket?

I was getting exactly the same error...had all 3 family season tickets linked, and even had a message saying "Seats have been reserved for you" next to the Chelsea game, but got the same error when checking out.

Well, I gave up, got logged out automatically and 2nd time around everything went through fine...odd...

Under the login boxes there is some red text saying activate account or something like that. Once I clicked on it and filled in a couple of details the rest was pre-populated.

Wow! Didn't realise it was as easy as that from some of the stories I've read on here...clicked activate account, put in ref number, made sure details were correct, clicked Chelsea tickets and booked, paid, added to ST and 1 confirmation email! Brilliant!

I've got my 50 bonus points and will order my Chelsea ticket on Friday. It's not so much of a panic now that season ticket holders can't buy 50 tickets each for their glory-hunting friends.

Oh, and the ticket office staff are much better looking than last season!

You said it Darlo, as far as I'm aware I've only paid for the match ticket itself...no phoning fees, no send out fees, no booking fees!
