as long as its still a Swindon Postcode really. Chippenham would probably be the farthest West I would go. wouldnt go too much further south as getting there would be a bitch. North, not too bothered or east is fairly accessable too.

Vi er best i verden! Vi er best i verden! Vi har slått England 2-1 i fotball!! Det er aldeles utrolig! Vi har slått England! England, kjempers fødeland. Hopefully it turns out to be a hypothetical question.

as long as its still a Swindon Postcode really. Melksham has a Swindon post code. You don't want the club here believe me! Yeah but you understand where I am coming from. I still think the only viable "out of the borough" options of Chippenham/Junction17 of the M4 area and north of Swindon just outside SBC control. I still think the best place for a new stadium would be by Junction 15 of the M4

Ditto, county boundaries are important but not not that important, it's mileage from the CG that matters, I guess it might be less to those who travel long distances to home games anyway

As i live in Swindon, i am not used to having to travel any distance to see a home game. Therefore, i am hoping that any relocation is to Wroughton, Bassett, Blunsdon, and no further.

So just south of Salisbury and you'd be ok with it?
Fuck that. When times is tight, Jan. Don't get me wrong, i'd be thoroughly pissed off with a move out of the borough, but if it meant the survival of the club i love, i could put up with it. exactly.

in my opinion there is no excuse for moving out of town. also no councillors in their right minds would have accepted the proposals.i think the board knew they'd be thrown out.they have a hidden agenda. they are to blame not the council

anywhere outside of swindon would be weird for me and i've never lived in swindon, let alone wiltshire.
but so long as it's wiltshire, i'd cope.

Its got to be around 10 miles from Swindon for me. any further and its no longer STFC in my eyes Exactly what I was going to write. Can't agree with 'anywhere in Wiltshitre' personally. Even if it moved to Chippenham I wouldn't go. If I wanted to support a team based there I could do that today.

for me STFC will always be STFC. wherever they moved. i'm not happy if we had too but i follow them all accross the country so if they were to move another 10 miles away from Swindon i'd still follow them. Ok it may not feel the same but if the club survive i'm happy.
it's not the clubs fault were slowly dying but thse cunts at the council digging our grave already. All we ask is for some help and they tell us to fuck off.
cunts the lot of them

That isn't strictly true, we do have to shoulder some of the responsabilty as aclub, and as fans (well technically I mean the ones that don't come anymore) The council are cunts mind.
