I’m going to go the opposite way and write everyone off.

Lindsey will be gone before November and McKirdy won’t score more than 5 goals all season.
Reed will look gash without Conroy to pass it 5 yards to - he’ll be totally inept.
All the youngsters will be shit.
Williams will spend more time on the floor
Gladwin will be injured & Jack Payne is gonna sign for Oxford.

We’ll finish in the bottom half…

Same old isn't it. It's a shame we didn't leak we were trying sign Bamba earlier as it's no coincidence the meltown simmerred for a week there

People moaning about the quality of our signings when the players they’d be mortified to lose were just as shit.

I'm more mortified with the clubs ambition with the managerial appointment than with players I don't know anything about but hey ho I'll still be there and maybe all will come good in which I'll be the first one to say I was wrong!

Fair point but no moaning in a couple of months then if they don't work out.
You mean if/when there's actual evidence?

No, you must only moan when they’ve been at the club for a week or 2 and have played 1 pre season game.

Don’t for a second think you can say they’re not good enough after 6 months of the season, who would do that?

I used to always have an FM theory that if I lost my preseason games I'd have a good season and vice versa. Fingers crossed.

2 Kevin Joshua (ex WBA)
3 James Taylor (ex Bristol City)
10 Ronan Darcy (Bolton)
West Brom Super Fans have flocked to a post on the West Brom News Facebook page about Kevin Joshua.

The 19-year-old is supposedly the subject of interest from Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa, Southampton, and Fulham, despite the fact he has never made a first-team appearance [All Nigeria Soccer].

The 6ft 6in defender, though, has impressed for Albion’s Under-23s, and it looks as if he could leave in January, despite only joining the club this year.

James Taylor - a RB -released by Bristol City and was snapped up by the Crystal Palace Academy.

Darcy we already know about.

Joshua - a CB - appears to have huge potential and am surprised he’s having to trial to get a club. He’s a big fucker, too - 6’6”

Finding this season very hard to build motivation for… I think last year it looked like we’d turned a leaf with ownership replaced, but todays result shows not too much has changed for me. This pre-season has been not too dissimilar to any Power pre-season…

The signigs at other clubs and here show it is no different to any other pre season. I honestly think the negativity of our fans this summer has killed pre season for so many myself included. The players have only just come back, it seems this whole summer our fans have made their minds up based on rumours and it's a bit shit really. Judge them at the end of the window would be my advice, we started off the last window exactly the same. Jack Payne is a prime example of what players are doing at the moment. We have had the owner the ceo the manager and anyone who matters tell us we will be adding better quality players but people won't have it
