I'm hoping the West Indies win this Test match.

I'd hazard a guess most cricket lovers will feel the same way. A great match. Shai Hope becomes first man in history to score a ton in each innings at Headingley... he had no idea  Smiley

Which they have.  So much for all the idiots calling for a two tiered test schedule unless they were asking for England to play in the 2nd tier I guess?  We only have two players in our team with a test average over 42 I think, Bairstow being at or around the 40 mark.  For all the talk about some of our players, they simply don't hit the middle of the road scores often enough - it's boom or bust cricket.  The we rely on a couple of bowlers, and even those aren't really world class when you look at averages and not just volume of wickets - we don't have bowlers getting into the low 20's or below.  On our day, pretty good, on plenty of other days, bang average in a Atherton captaincy era sort of way.

Fair point  , I did write three posts about sponsoring a player back in 2015.

I think some people are not understanding what this thread is about and just state things they hate.

I enjoy watching Watchdog. And even watch it on iPlayer.  Girl Giggle

I like Abba. Fuck the haters.

Too Cool I'm a huge Abba fan. It's always been a source of much amusement to many friends. Much like my love of Sinatra.

Yeah, it's fucking ace.

Me and my girlfriend checked the credits and were disappointed to find the songs were written and performed by The Lonely Island.

Turns out that's actually his band and it's the characters from Popstar and they've got a YouTube channel with loads of videos, saw one had 172m views. Massive man love restored.

This one didn't make the movie sadly.

I like to cover my hands in PVA glue and then peel it off when it dries.

Pfft, everyone knows that Copydex is far superior when it comes to that peeling-from-your-hand satisfaction.

I would agree that Copydex is the best for peeling - but the smell!!

Back to the thread - I have never watched a Star Wars film and wouldn't even want to try.

And like a few others have never watched Game of Thrones and hate that genre in general.

I've never watched Game of Thrones either. I tried reading A Song of Ice and Fire but couldn't finish it because it bored me, and I'm not usually one to give up on books.

Copydex is the go to for all your glue peeling needs....

I also have never watched any Star Wars movie.

I have however watched all of GoT, entirely not my thing and would never had watched it without the missus suggesting it but have really enjoyed the mix of battle, boobs and incest!

In terms of admitting guilty secrets myself, I love a bit of Countryfile (and not just for Anita Rani!)

And the future is certain
Give us time to work it out
