Power needs to cut his losses and just get rid of Williams - he couldn't inspire anyone. Plus he'll find it more and more difficult to get another managerial/coaching post if he hangs on here and takes us into obscurity, which I can see happening if we get relegated this season

poor tactics have let us down, Oxford changed their formation to try and get into the game and we didn't try to counter it, got over ran and deservedly are losing, we should have got Thomas on earlier to try and put a firm block on their possession but Williams left it too late yet again......
