Ah well. I have France to win the tournament and Griezmann to be top scorer at 20/1 still alive.

England huffed & puffed for 90 mins & couldn't score against them & Germany take 8 mins

Wouldn't fancy our chances against Germany if they play this way again, very German! France looked good in the 2nd half but there are enough weaknesses to bring a one off game down to a 50/50. Of course, we still need to score against a 10 man defence rather than have a team happy to just ahve the ball.

Realistically, England have one remaining winnable game. Anything positive after Iceland would be unusually amazing for England at a tournament.

I was speaking with a mate about Belgium.. we were saying that their squad is stupidly good, they just need to click as a team.

Finaly some decent footy being played.
Germany and Belguim both seemed average in their group games but yesterday they both looked like either could go on and win.

Based on last night, looks like a case of stop Hazard and stop Belgium. De Bruyne looks like their version of Sterling but marginally better. On the evidence of the games so far, Lukaku has done nothing to justify a potential big money fee.
As for England, 6 knockout stage wins in major tournaments since 1966 is piss poor. Expect them to overcome Iceland tonight, but will be a struggle against a team that is likely to park the bus.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change? Crap!

I'm not one to judge but should you really be drinking at this time of the day?

Agreed Their willingness to play the game and their naive defending reminded me of the greatest team to grace the Premiership (albeit briefly)
